Other women may come in for an appointment once they’ve found out they are pregnant to make sure that both their diet and weight gain is appropriate.

After the baby arrives, you may be interested in breastfeeding. I can help ensure that your nutritional needs are being met and provide you with any support you and your newborn need. Or perhaps you just want to healthfully take off the baby weight and start looking and feeling like one hot mama!
